MEMBER OBLIGATIONS. This Agreement is a legally binding obligation for which you are financially responsible. If you have a prepaid membership, you acknowledge that the fee paid is not refundable (except as provided herein). If you have a monthly membership, your membership will automatically renew each month and you will continue to be billed according to the regular billing schedule unless you
provide notice of cancellation. You agree not to conduct any kind of commercial or business activity in the class. You understand you are responsible for updating your address, contact and bank information.

CANCELLATION. You may cancel your membership by emailing Mum-Dance with your notice of cancellation. The notice will be effective one month from the date recieved of written notice and you will be required to pay all fees up until that date and any outstanding fees for other services already supplied to you.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE. As a benefit to monthly memberships only, we offer the opportunity to temporarily pause or ‘freeze’ your membership in the event of prolonged absence such as illness or injury. This benefit is for full calendar months only and available for a minimum of 1 calendar month up to a maximum of 3 calendar months, during which time you will not be charged membership dues. It carries a reduced fee of £5 per member per month. You must provide written notice at least two weeks in advance of the next billing cycle. For prepaid agreements, the membership will be extended for a period equal to the freeze period. A membership cannot be cancelled during a freeze period. At the end of the ‘frozen period’ your monthly direct debit will revert to the appropriate fee automatically.

PRICES. From time to time, and not more than once per year, Mum-Dance may need to increase the price of membership fees. Mum-Dance will give at least 30 days’ notice of any incoming price increase and will make it clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase. During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate
your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given in the notice, then the price of my membership will be increased in accordance with the notice provided.

MINIMUM AGE. All membership holders must be a minimum 18 years of age.

If I have any health or medical concerns now or after I join, I will discuss them with my doctor before attending.

DISRUPTION. If the usual instructor is unable to take the class due to illness/injury we will endeavor to find a cover Instructor to take the class. If this is not possible, your class will continue to run on the same day and time on zoom from another live class in the UK. An online class will not operate more than once in a 2 month period. Classes cancelled or postponed due to circumstances outside our control will not be refunded and your classes will be rolled over to a future term. Rollover classes are valid for 2 terms from the date of purchase.

MISCELLANEOUS. This is the whole Agreement between the parties with respect to the Membership Terms and Conditions and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements of the parties whether written or oral, express, or implied. With the exception of pricing changes from time-to-time as noted above, this Agreement may not be amended or modified except in a writing signed by both parties.
